How much does therapy cost per session?

Our therapy sessions cost between $35 and $125. We also offer reduced fee sessions so that anyone who finds the normal cost too expensive can afford our service.

How do I pay for my counseling sessions?

You can pay via American Express, Check, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, Health Savings Account or cash.

What should I anticipate from therapy?

During your therapy session, you’ll most likely be anxious and nervous regarding the process. However, once your session with our therapist starts, you will be more relaxed and at ease.

Our owner and lead therapist Ruth Harbin has a way of making the session seem so natural. In a few minutes, you’ll feel like you are talking to a friend. 

You may not get all the answers you are looking for on the first day you’ll feel much better. To lay a foundation for your therapy, our therapist will ask a few thoughtful questions. Your response will shape the direction of your therapy.

Throughout the session, we will respect you and offer suggestions or opinions at some point. However, we’ll not dictate what you should do.

What happens if I miss a session?

When you miss your therapy session with our Anderson Therapist, Ruth Harbin, we’ll all lose. You will miss out on your chance to become better and we also miss a chance to prove our worth to you.

  • If you contact us 24 hours before your appointment for a cancellation, we’ll reschedule or cancel your session for free. You need to make an effort so that you don’t miss the rescheduled therapy session.
  • If you cancel your session within 24 hours, you’ll not get a refund and you will need to make a fresh payment if you want to reschedule.
  • If you keep missing or postponing your counseling sessions, it could lead to the termination of our services to you.
